Beta-glucanase

    Beta glucanase is an hydrolyze enzyme that hydrolyzes Beta-glucan. It is produced by submerged fermentation and advance post treatment technique. Β-Glucanase play a role in hydrolyzing 1,3 and 1,4 glycosidic bonds.
